Larry Williams
Although Larry is approaching the age of sixty he declares that “I have only been drawing and painting on a regular basis for the past two years.” This is astonishing when you look at the precision and remarkable use of color in his work. Larry explains “I started out with an ink pen and graphite. I was introduced to colored pencils through the internet. I was amazed how much detail and realism could be captured using this medium. I was instantly hooked. I now work with colored pencils exclusively from the time I get up in the morning until the time I retire in the evening.” Larry also enjoys writing poetry. He asserts that “through my poetry and art, my soul finds true expression,” and his soulful talents certainly enrich our art community.
